I have a Masters in Psychodynamic Practice from the University of Oxford and am an accredited member of UKCP and UPCA, and a registered member of BACP.

I work with adults, typically high achievers who are looking for support to process current and previous difficulties. Previous work with adolescents can be especially helpful in work with clients who are also parents or step parents, or for people who experienced trauma at a young age. Before training at the University of Oxford, I trained with and volunteered for Cruse Bereavement Care.

Clients are often people leading teams, or who have achieved a level of ‘success’ who find little room to bring their own mental health struggles into the workplace. This is particularly evident where responsibilities as a team leader or line manager mean holding the load for others.

Based in Oxford, I work with clients by phone and online, offering continuity and privacy even during periods of travel.
